The Tecno Stratos is a small, compact batching plant available with 1 or 2 aggregate bins. It utilises a simplified management system that allows the semi-automatic loading and unloading of aggregates from a single tank.
The principle of operation is that of gradual filling: the green light of the warning lamp allows the loading of the product into the tank. Once a predetermined level is reached, the warning lamp turns yellow and then red, at the exact time the total quantity is reached. The same filling sequence is used for all subsequent products to be dosed and stored in the formula. After you have dosed all products, the system proceeds to the unloading of the materials into the concrete truck mixer via the conveyor belt.
An independent second tank can be added, which allows for recharging of the product while the first tank is emptying, allowing downtime to be eliminated.
