The Mobile 90L4 is a fully mobile wet concrete batching plant from our Semix range of affordable plants. It is capable of batching 90m3 of wet concrete in an hour, making it ideal for suppliers of ready-mixed concrete and for large construction sites that require a fully homogenised mix.
The Mobile 90L4 has four 12.5m3 In-Line aggregate storage bins and a 1.75m3 Single Shaft Mixer. It comes complete with weighing conveyor and transfer conveyor with galavanised covers.
The plant is completely pre-assembled including an integrated control cabin. It has been designed for quick and easy transport via coupling to the back of any tractor unit.
All components of the Mobile 90L4 can be managed via three different operating systems; 1. Desktop computer, 2. Manual control panel, 3. Android app. It uses the ProkserNET software system, which enables the user to monitor and control all aspects of the plant, including creating and storing formulas, batching reports and delivery notes. The software can even be integrated with accounting programs to enable auto-invoicing.
